Phase One: Connect
Before we get down and dirty, let’s meet and make sure we’re a good fit for each other. We’ll hop on a quick call to learn about your project needs and determine if we have solutions that can help your business. We’ll explain how our process at OAS works and you can feel free to ask any questions you’d like.
If all goes well and we both agree to move forward, the next step is Phase Two: Discover when we work together to create the blueprint for your website.
Phase Two: Discover
Your OAS Blueprint is the plan for exactly what your website needs so that you can connect with and convert more potential leads into customers. This is an intensive session to help us more fully understand your business and your goals. OAS also does additional market research and analysis to help you uncover the best ways to move forward.
At the end of this phase, you have a written brief that includes your website outline and a clear execution plan to bring your website to life. Once we’re on the same page, we continue to Phase Three: Build and the cost of the OAS Blueprint is applied to any of our packages moving forward.
Phase Three: Build
This is the development and implementation phase. We only offer these services if the Discover phase has already been completed. You choose the package level based on the build time and the needs of your business. OAS provides guidance and support at every level to ensure success.
We focus on high-quality design projects for businesses that want to get started making an impact now, as opposed to waiting for something that takes months to finish. Using intensive style methods, our team works hard behind the scenes to create concepts and bring your vision to life. We rely on your feedback at key points throughout the decision making process and we work collaboratively to refine the direction. This method allows us to work quickly, maximizes your time, and eliminates unnecessary back-and-forth.

Foundation
For businesses that are starting to capture & retain traffic coming from social media and other sources, this package provides the basics and delivers them quickly. Our team develops all of the essential brand elements that are designed to create a fully cohesive brand and boost your credibility. Often this includes a simple website, logo, and messaging guidelines. Exact deliverables are agreed upon during the Discovery.
Timeline: 1 week – If your project started today, this could be ready for you by 04/14!

This is the most popular option for our clients who need a fully functional website and a solid brand identity. This is a complete package with all necessary brand strategy elements including the in-depth development of a professional website. Often this package includes a logo, design & build of a custom WordPress website, plugin recommendations as needed, stock images chosen from an extensive collection, all written website copy, and basic SEO. Exact deliverables are agreed upon during the Discovery.
Timeline: 2 weeks – If your project started today, this could be ready for you by 04/21!

Exploration
This is the most comprehensive option for businesses looking to seriously expand their reach. This package with full execution includes all elements to support brands that have larger and/or more creative needs. Often, this means that our team builds a larger website with enhanced SEO, optimizes your GMB profile, and initiates and manages Google Analytics for better insight into your data. We also design branded marketing collateral that may include capability statements, business cards, flyers and letterhead. This custom strategy is completely conceptualized and creative directed by OAS. Exact deliverables are agreed upon during the Discovery.
Timeline: 3 weeks – If your project started today, this could be ready for you by 04/28!

Yay! Everything is finalized and approved and it’s time to share your brand with the world. In addition to looking stellar, you can be confident that everything has been uniquely crafted to share your message.
Our team hands over all deliverables and related files that were designed for your business. We provide immediate post-launch support and usability training for a limited time. OAS also offers optional additional services* to keep things working smoothly in the long run.
